We offer convenient self-check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests must vacate the premises by this time. Early check-in and late check-out options are available during the reservation process. Upon departure, we kindly ask all guests to follow leave-no-trace principles. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 60 days prior to your arrival qualify for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the booking charge. A $50 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking. No-shows or early departures will incur the full booking charge. Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 21 days before check-in, with a possible 10% rescheduling fee. Rescheduled stays are non-refundable. Violation of Eco Wildwood Retreat policies will result in termination of the stay without refund.
Eco Wildwood Retreat is a walk-in property. To maintain the natural environment and tranquility, vehicles must remain in the designated parking area near the entrance. Guests can enjoy a short 2-5 minute walk to their accommodations. For convenience, pull-wagons are available for all guests. Additionally, a golf buggy is available for guests requiring extra assistance with their belongings or mobility.
We love furry friends, but to protect the native wildlife and maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our retreat, we do not allow pets on the property. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique experience of connecting with nature during your stay.
Living among the trees is a beautiful experience, but it comes with a high fire risk. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and breaches will incur a penalty of $300. For safety, vaping is not allowed inside the tents but is permitted outside. Any breaches will also incur a $300 penalty. These measures are in place to protect our guests, wildlife, and the surrounding forest.
Western Australia enforces a complete fire ban during high-risk periods, typically from November to April, to prevent bushfires. This ban prohibits all open flames, including campfires, barbecues, and smoking, in designated areas. The ban is crucial for protecting lives, property, and the environment in fire-prone regions. Non-compliance can result in significant penalties. These measures are essential to ensure safety and preserve the natural beauty of the region. You will still be able to use your BBQ at your eco tent, but please ensure safety at all times.
Enjoy our communal sauna and ice bath, available from sunrise to sunset - it is not available after dark to help conserve energy. The sauna accommodates up to 6 people, and we kindly ask you to respect your 1-hour time slot. Please shower before use—showers are provided, and don’t forget to bring your own towel. Enjoy the views! Booking is essential and is complimentary for all guests.
Our friendly chickens are a special part of the Wildwood experience! If you’d like to participate, a scrap bin is provided in your eco-tent, along with a guide to what can go in it. Simply toss your scraps over the fence for the chickens to enjoy. This is completely optional and designed for guests who want to embrace the eco-friendly experience. You’ll also find fresh eggs in your eco-tent on arrival, a little gift from our feathered friends! We kindly ask that you do not enter the chicken coop, as it’s their safe space. The coop is there for your enjoyment—watch, feed, and relax as they roam about
Eco Wildwood Retreat is exclusively for registered guests. Unregistered visitors, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted to preserve the environment and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Each reservation is tied to a specific eco tent, and additional tents, pop-ups, or RVs are not allowed. To maintain the peace of Eco Wildwood Retreat, loud music, vulgar language, and trespassing onto neighboring land are strictly prohibited. While we welcome small group bookings, large parties are not permitted.
Photographers must arrange sessions in advance and adhere to privacy and venue rules. A fee of $100 per hour applies during the off-season and $150 per hour during peak season (November to March). Professional equipment requires prior approval. Liability insurance is mandatory.
By creating a reservation, you consent to receive electronic communications from Eco Wildwood Retreat, including agreements, notices, and updates, which satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
Our eco-tents are designed for a maximum of two adults (18+). Exceeding this limit may result in refusal of accommodations without refund. Additional tents must be booked for extra guests.
